Terms of Service
The simple terms that apply when you book a clean with us.
Booking and quotes
The price shown when you book is based on the details you give us. If the property turns out to be significantly different from what was described, we will agree any change with you before starting work.
Cancellations and changes
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Changes made inside 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover the reserved slot.
Access
You need to make sure we can get into the property at the agreed time, whether by being there, leaving a key or giving us a code. If we cannot gain access, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
Our satisfaction promise
If you are not happy with the clean, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas concerned free of charge. There is no long-term contract on any service.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability insurance and take care in every property. Please tell us in advance about fragile, valuable or specially finished items so we can treat them appropriately or leave them untouched.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Invoices and receipts are issued for every completed job.
