Question 1

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas you're unhappy with, free. No debate, no invoice, no contract keeping you here.

Question 2

Can I trust someone in my home?

Accepted Answer

Every cleaner is ID-checked, referenced and trained before their first job, and every visit is covered by public liability insurance. Wherever scheduling allows, you get the same familiar person each time.

Question 3

How do I find out what my clean will involve?

Accepted Answer

Send us a request with a few details about your space. A real member of our team reviews it personally and comes back with a personalised quotation and the plan we'd recommend. There is no call-out fee and no obligation to book.

Question 4

Do I need to be home, or supply anything?

Accepted Answer

Neither. Key, code or in person — whatever suits you. We arrive with eco-friendly products and professional equipment, and we're happy to use yours if you prefer.

Question 5

How do I pay, and when?

Accepted Answer

Securely online by card, with a deposit or full payment at checkout — your choice. A PDF invoice lands in your inbox after every booking, so your records stay tidy too.

Question 6

What if my plans change?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your visit. Same-day changes may carry a small fee. You're never tied into a contract.

Question 7

How quickly can you come?

Accepted Answer

Often the same week, including evenings and weekends. Sending a request takes about 60 seconds, and we will confirm your appointment with you personally.

Question 8

Do you cover my area?

Accepted Answer

We cover Plymouth and the surrounding areas. If you're not sure you're in range, ask — a real person replies, usually within the hour.

The honest answers.

Ready when you are.
