What we collect
When you book a clean or send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property to be cleaned, and any notes you add about the job.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to quote for work, confirm and carry out your booking, contact you about a visit, and keep records for accounting purposes. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Your details are visible to the Rouch Cleaning Services team and to the cleaners assigned to your booking. Our booking system and payment records are held with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are removed once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rouchcleanings@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
